Adult only Fantasy Panama cruise

I heard on a youtube channel that the Fantasy is running an adults only Panama cruise in November. I was shocked by the news! I'm not one to rely on YouTube to be a fully accurate news source, so I looked around and cant find any mention of this on credible sites (DCL, etc.). Has anyone heard of this? It seems like an unlikely offering from Disney, but it's a topsy turvy world these days, so anything is possible I suppose.

I believe you are talking about the Wonder. And it is a fully vaccinated cruise. So no children under 12 would be allowed on the ship.

It has to do with the length of time and the ports of call I believe.

I think it’s not specifically adults only. Rather, because of the ports, I read that all cruisers must be fully vaccinated. Under 12 can’t be vaccinated yet so they can’t cruise. So there will be no one under 12 on that cruise.
