With the new policies being put into force about 'no pooling' can you still get an appetizer off the adultmenu for your child if there are non listed on the child menu ?

That's actually part of the policy. By the same token, there aren't many (any???) restaurants left that participate in the Dining Plan and don't have specific child appetizers.

At LeCellier, kids can order an adult appetizer.

Most places either have kid appetizers separately or include them in the "kid meal" package.

Just got back from our trip 6/22 to 7/2/06. It depends on your server. We ate at Kona Cafe table service twice. The first time, our server let our DD3 and DD5 choose an appetizer from the adult menu since none was on the kids menu. The second time, our server, Holly, didn't allow our kids ANY appetizer. She was a little strange because when it came time for dessert she asked us if we wanted to SHARE a dessert (this was after she knew we were on the Dining Plan). Now why would we want to do that when each of us are entitled to our own dessert?
