Adult activities - in and out of parks

I'm writing a list for a large group of adults heading to WDW for the first time. Here's what I have so far and what I'm missing. There's a lot of drinking, but I need non-drinking suggestions too. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated, especially more unique and Disney-only experiences. I realize this list will be very long, but I'm hoping for that Thank you!

Not in the parks:
Boardwalk - Jellyrolls - dueling piano bar, Atlantic Dance Hall - dance spot
Disney Springs: Raglan Road - drinks and Irish step dancers, Bongo's - drinks and ???, Paradiso 37 - drinks and ???, Cirque du Soleil show, boats at Boathouse

Resorts:
Monorail Bar Crawl
Outdoor movies
Grand Floridian - Narcoossee's bar to watch fireworks, Victoria & Albert's
Animal Kingdom Lodge - night-vision goggles to watch the animals
Swan and Dolphin - ???
Boardwalk/Yacht and Beach - Boardwalk stuff mentioned before, but need things for the other two
Fort Wildnerness - Campfire/Smores, Hoop Dee Doo, carriage rides
Polynesian - Luau, send a coconut to someone
Contemporary - water sports, bar and fireworks

EPCOT:
Drink around the world - any must-dos, secret menu items, or places to visit?
Eat around the world - same as above
DiveQuest
Behind the Seeds

Hollywood Studios:
Tune-In Lounge

Magic Kingdom:
Haircut at Harmony Barber Shop
Eat in the castle

Animal Kingdom:
Wild Africa Trek

Typhoon Lagoon:
Surfing lessons

The spas at the resorts like Swan & Dolphin, Grand Floridian, not sure of others. They do everything from hair salon and nails to body wraps, personalized deep tissue masssage, etc.

Yea tell me about it. I had a gift card for the exotic driving to pick any car..then they closed it with about a 1-2 month heads up. Had to get a refund for the gift card :/

Some other ideas are listening to the pianist and orchestra in the Grand Floridian lobby, a fishing expedition from the Yacht Club, special park tours (like Keys to the Kingdom), and British Revolution and other entertainment at Epcot.
