ADR's - when am I allowed to make them?

I found the date planner that tells you what date you can make reservations at the 90 day mark, etc., but I can't find anything that lists what restaurants allow reservations so many days out. Is it 90 for all sit-down places? Or are some 180? How do I find that out?
