ADR's (what order)

So tomorrow is finally my 90 day mark and I can book my ADRs. I want to know though whether I should ask in any particularly order, like is there some that will go faster then others.

The meals I want to book are
CRT for Dinner
Crystal Palace character breakfast
Fantasmic Dinner Package Mama Melrose

Is it best to ask for CRT first as that is really popular or am I supposed to ask in date order as this would make CP first.
Also does anyone know what time it would be best to book my fantasmic dinner for, in order to give myself time to get to the show the date I am doing fantasmic is Monday 12th Dec.

ask for crt 1st ..... i presume you will be able to book this at 90 + 10 days ??
as for fantasmic you will be limited to times with 4.30 being the latest !! my advice is book 4.30 and then call back approx 14 days before your trip and they may have opened up later times
