I believe it's 11am/12pm. US online opens at 6am local and phones open 7am local I think.

I'm pretty sure it's 11am, I seem to recall making ours at 11am on our last trip. I could be wrong though lol

Also if possible use the website rather than the app - it is less glitchy with the +10
