ADR's Time messed up

My times were all correct but one reservation said it was for 24 people! Called to confirm that is was for only 8. Surely didn't want to pay for 16 people who didn't show up.

Times and #s are messed up, sometimes, right now.



I just changed a Tusker House reservation to a time just 10 minutes earlier. 10:55 to 10:45am. Breakfast.

When I look on the basic MDE pages it shows it correctly. But when I went in to look for the new time, when I clicked 10:45 it popped up a screen that said I had another ADR in the same timeframe, and that my ADR was for 1:55pm. For BREAKFAST.

OK, ignoring the breakfast part, how can they say 10:55 and 1:55 are the same timeframe? While we couldn't do it, some others certainly could (and would!) make a breakfast and lunch reservation like that. So that's totally off.

And then there's the breakfast at 1:55 thing.

I stopped the process, got my camera, and took pictures of the process.

Now I have an email giving me a, get this, cancellation number, but I didn't get an email about the new ADR. I do have a number for it and it shows in MDE.

Craziness abounds!

I have already made a couple of changes and have noticed each time that it brings up the *old* ressie at a weird random time. Its a bit unnerving, as we will be there over Christmas week and I can't imagine being able just "fix" it at the last minute...we also have a lot of ADRs that require deposits and I don't want to get hit with charges.

You'd think Disney could get the system right...
