ADR's - this is what I got

You guys are making me all nervous - I'm going July 18th and can make my Adrs on Sat.

I can't beleive I'm wishing the Easter hols to be over so I can make that phonecall :rolleyes1

I would have loved to do the illuminations cruise with you but we dont land until 6.30pm on the 18th.:sad2:

i phoned (again) today to get 9 Dragons for 22nd july, no problems..
this time the CM said it was due to a computer fault that NO Fantasmic Dinner packages can be booked.. she said the system had had problems for the last four days, so at least no one has been able to book the DPs?! so will keep trying.

Brown Derby is my last one to go now.. and two more tee times for the boys... then maybe the disney florist for a couple of suprise hampers when we arrive! :wizard:

MrsJobba1 - I was soo nervous when i first rang for ADRs on friday, but in the end it all went fine, don't panic! happy 'adr day' on saturday!

just phoned wdw-dine for the last time of the weekend (!) and managed to get Brown Derby + Fantasmic Dinner Package, as planned!
it's early (4.20pm!) but apparently you can only have between 3.30 and 5pm for the DP... never mind, will just have to have a little lunch that day.. it'll give us time after dinner to do some rides before Fantasmic too :goodvibes

I tried for Mama Melrose for Fantasmic also, but lucked out :sad1:

Brown Derby was available but this was not in our plans.
Still manged to get other ADR's so on the whole can't complain :)

It seems the the Fantasmic packages are becoming the hottest ADR's to get - no wonder with reduced showings of it! That being said, I don't think I'd want to eat at Hollywood and Vine!

Yummy choices - you'll enjoy the Segway Tour too - it is fab. The only thing I would say is that if you really want a Fantasmic Package the Brown Derby is well worth it. It is a little pricey but the quality is excellent.

Great choices! I am very jealous of your Wishes cruise, I would just love to do that.

Your list looks very similar to ours - a lot of our favourites in there. We have had ADR's at all of them before - the ones we aren't doing this time are WCC and 'Ohanas (DD is now a vegetarian and it's mainly a meat menu) and 50's Prime Time because the menu just wasn't our thing.

We also don't care for Crystal Palace - had poor service at dinner yet again in August - said we wouldn't go back but have booked a breakfast ADR next month - never tried breakfast.

A character meal is great on your first morning though - love CRT but having been about 3 times, we are revisiting Princess Storybook a the Akerhaus in Epcot on our first morning next month.

Really looking forward to it - I've done a lot of the things like the Segway before but I'm so looking forward to introducing the new missus to the wonder of WDW (she's sold on DLRP!). If I play it right, I can start mentioning DVC..........:rolleyes1

Quick update on ADR's for those interested.

Booked the 8pm show for Spirit of Aloha at the Poly on July 17th - I've heard mixed reviews but guess we can go and make our own minds up. I believe they do something with Honeymoon couples so we'll see what this is!

Also managed to finally get a Fantasmic Dinner Package for Mama Melrose!! It was about the 6th time I've tried....so happy! Hope it's good now.

Just need to sort out our Photo session at AKL.......

Got it for 3.30pm which is just fine for me....by the time Fantasmic comes around, we'll be ready for some popcorn!

She is going to love it - I know she will. She's actually just signed up for here (she's a scrapper and had been attracted to the scrapbook community! I've told her to not be reading any posts by me in case she reads something she's not supposed to......:rotfl::rotfl:

We have also decided to try it in August. Done Hoop and Backyard BBQ(although 16 years ago) so trying Aloha. Everywhere you can eat in Disney gets mixed reviews, decided to just go for what we like look of, make up our own minds.

Glad you managed to get MM fantasmic, we had it last year & MM was one of our best meals.

Best way, we booked to do a couple of years ago and nearly cancelled because of some of the reviews we read. Decided to try anyway and really enjoyed it-so much so we did again last year. Didn't mind using two TS credits as we don't have a TS meal on our 1st night anyway and we're not into 'fine dining' especially with two teenagers:rotfl:

Don't be shy of asking for extra food if you need it.

Hope you all enjoy it as much as we did.:goodvibes
