Official 2025 Universal Studios Orlando HHN 34 Discussion Thread

Thanks. I’ve never been before. This will be my first time. How does express lines work then? Are they right next to regular entrances or different paths?
As previous poster said at each portal they'll be a express lane and standby. There's a TM at front looking for express passes the they'll scan further down.

How it'll look at the soundstage is unknown at the moment as this is new for this year

I've seen a few posts today from TMs that UO is introducing a no scare necklace this year for scarezones
Can’t decide which was more the deciding factor here…

Wanting to make a few more bucks off the tourists or an out they can dangle as a shield to somebody who complains to GS about scare zone “trauma”.
I don't understand this. If you can't handle the scare zones, then I'm assuming you can't handle the houses. So... then why are you paying for this event? But then again, it's not really going to affect me directly, so I can't yuck anyone's yum on this.
Other than the screaming girls who seem to play up their horror to their friends and to post on instagram, I cannot imagine many who have had more than a good old jump scare in the scare zones. :confused3They’ve been diluted into glorified photo ops over the years. Maybe the tide is going to turn this year.

I really haven’t found the scare zones to be scary at all. It doesn’t work in the houses which makes sense because the majority of the stuff in the houses are on timed triggers so they really can’t stop it because some one is wearing a special don’t scare me necklace.

surprising

although, closer to 8 pm saw jason was 15 min, now 50

who wants to guess the top houses before reports start to waft in?

putting it out there, thinking Dolls & Galkn (as the cold house?) might just be dark horses this year 😉 Possibly, even break into the top five.

I cant see how this will work well in a crazy busy scarezone - but I guess its a good thing if it allows them to be a bit more aggressive like they were in the past.

Read terrifer had to close earlier due to flooding and someone slipping..

Ya I don't think those massive water affects they are touting will be a thing much.

Yeah - an "advantage" to going to the earliest possible night - things can change and sometimes not for the better.
Hopefully they will sort it - don't want to have people slipping - but am looking forward to the full affect.

So far reading some TM reviews, the one constant seems to be all 10 houses this year are good. Obviously some better than others, but most have said even though they have a house 10 it was still lots of fun.

I think the Wyatt/WWE house will be most divisive house. Fans will prob have it in their top 4, and people who couldn't care less will prob have it in bottom 2.

I was reading that it flooded. Someone slipping makes more sense though because you would think they would have been testing the heck out of it before hand to make sure it wouldn't flood.
