ADRs...so frustrating!

O I had 11 ADRs to make this morning, so I got up at 6 to do them.
At first it wouldn't let me do any, then eventually it let me do 8 and then it kept saying "we're sorry there is a problem searching for dining events at the moment".
After 20 minutes of this I gave up and went back to sleep. I woke at 9 and it let me make another ADR, but it's still refusing to allow me to make the remaining 2.
I would call and do it, but I've lost my voice. Aghhhh lol
 
I'm sure this is an obvious question but the last ones you're trying to make are within your ADR window, aren't they, i.e. within 10 days of checking in to the resort?

Are you using the app or the website?

If using the app, try the website, I always have much better luck with it.

ETA: Since you check in to your resort on 18th August (according to the holiday chart), you should be able to make ADRs up to, and including, the 27th August today :thumbsup2

I check in on the 17th August for 12 nights (only doing 11 ADRS though as one is 2 credits).
I'm using the website, I tried the app also and it won't work either. The dates I need to do which it won't let me are the 27th and 28th August. I think it's just being temperamental lol, I'll keep trying. Thanks x

Yea it's a pain.
My voice came back a little bit lol, so I've just called and done the last 2 days..so much easier!!

This is exactly the same problem I've had! Yet others seem to be doing theirs with no problems. It makes no sense!

Even though mine are all sorted now, I thought I'd check the app and see if it was working yet. It is! Maybe try that?
For a company as big as Disney, they should have a website that works properly lol.

Sadly I'm still getting the equivalent of "computer says no" lol!

It hasn't bothered me making phone calls this time as I'm on half term. If it had been term time I might have gotten more annoyed :)

I'm on half term too, I was really glad that it was this week I was able to make them, or I'd have been ratty all day if I'd had to get up at 6am and then go to work!

For future the ADRs don't open to 11am online and 12noon by phone.

The only issue I had was my actual check out day and I couldn't be bothered to phone just waited until 180 days from that date.

The other thing I tried was to go to the screen that lists your plan and click on the day I wanted to book and then from that page clicked book dining and that worked for me.
