ADRs - reservation number?

Hi

Is it true that when making ADRs 90 + 10days when staying onsite they ask you for a reservation number?. We have booked with VirginHolidays so what number do we give them? Can anyone help?

Yes you do need the confirmation # from your reservation if you're booking on the 90+10.

In the past I have explaine that we have booked trough Virgin Holidays and given that reference but with the new system not sure if that will still work.

I would say to phone Virgin and see if you can get your Disney booking ref but as you will most likely get the Indian call centre who border on completely useless when it comes to out of the ordinary requests you might be best trying Disney first!
