ADRs- removing a guest?

Is it a big deal to remove one guest from ADRs? My sister and her family are traveling with us, but her husband may or may not end up going. I'd like to make reservations for all of us, but remove him if he doesn't come. We're not on the dining plan, by the way.

I just finished the same thing.

I made all my ADR's based on two families attending, and when the other family changed their arrival date I had to remove them from the ADRs for the beginning of our stay.
It was not an issue at all.
Just call the reservation line and they will change the number of people in the ADR. Your confirmation number or anything wont change.
