ADR's - Pay When Booking?

I think I read that payment is required at the time an ADR is made. Is this correct? What if free dining comes out for the same dates you have already paid for? Will your credit card be refunded?

Prepayment is only required at a few places...CRT,Hoop dee doo review, and the Polynesian Luau are the ones off the top of my head.

In addition, if you use a DDP credit for the meal, they'll refund your card.

If you tell them up-front that it will be DDP, they'll not charge the card at all, but take the card number as a guarantee against a no-show.
