ADR's Online - include baby?

I'm getting ready to make my online ADR's (well, hopefully, given others experiences)...when you make reservations, you include your baby (under 3 years old) in the number of people attending, right? I know this is a goofy question, just want to make sure I get things right the first time and it's been a few years since I've had to consider this...

Yes, because you would still want a spot for them so you could put a high chair or something there, (so you don't want a two top for a couple and baby.

Also they need a head count to make sure they are ok with occupancy rules.
