ADRs $$ now or later

When making ADRs do you put down a deposit? The last time we went we were a party of 10 and I seem to remember needing to pay?? I think... maybe that was just for the HoopDeeDoo. I would like to make an ADR for each day we are there and then cancel once we get there if needed. I would rather over-plan and then cancel an ADR than not be able to get an ADR at all. But, obviously I won't do that if I need to put down a deposit.

We will not be using the DDP. Thanks.

No, not for normal TS places. I don't know about dinner shows.

Dinner shows you pay for when you make the ADR (HDDR, Luau, etc)

Princess meals at CRT & Norway you give a credit card guarantee, it will not be charged now. Can cancel up to 48 hrs in advance, after that you're charged a cancellation fee (I think $10 per person)

TS meals, no cc guarantee, can be cancelled at anytime.

At CRT you do have to pay the full amount when making the ADR.

California Grille does require a $20 or $25 per person guarantee.
