Made all my ADR's this morning and I was able to get everything we wanted! 
Here is our tentative schedule for the week of 10/17:
MOnday 10/17 - arrive MCo about 10:00,
head to AK for the afternoon (CS for lunch)
Head over to Boardwalk area for dinner - possibly ESPN Club
TUesday 10/18 - Magic Kingdom day!
4:00 - dinner at CRT!!!
Wednesday 10/19 - EPCOT
5:30 dinner at Le Cellier (Still 1 TS credit - I checked!)
Thursday 10/20 - MGM
5:30 dinner at 50's PTC
Friday 10/21 - Parasailing (hopefully - will call about that in a few days)
Typhoon Lagoon for a few hours
Maybe DisneyQuest
5:30 dinner at Jiko's in AKL
Saturday 10/22 - Possibly back to EPCOT or MK
Depart for MCO at 4:00
We'll probably head over to DTD a few nights and my fiancee wants to go to PI at least one night. We are on the dining plan and will fill in lunches with CS and figure out breakfast on a day by day basis.
I'm so glad I was able to book everything in one shot. Now I just have to finish planning this silly wedding!
