ADRs made, but tweak timing?

Epcot day - I'd like to be at the Rose & Crown area in time to have a chance at those waterside outdoor tables for Illuminations at 9pm. (Easy WDW crowd calendar shows overall park levels at a 3, with Epcot being highly recommended, if that helps.) I have a 1:15pm at Via Napoli and then 6:15pm at Chefs. So two questions:

1 - what time should I try to start stalking those tables?

2 - any issues with the timing of those ADRs and my end goal? We want leisurely strolling around the World, and don't want to feel like I'm still full from one ADR going into another but wondering if I should move up Chefs?

I think you will feel pretty stuffed after Via Napoli (none of the food there is on the "light" side), then going to a 6:15 dinner. If you are thinking appetizers and drinks at Chefs, this may still work out okay, but it depends on what your hopes and dreams were from that menu.

Three of us are sharing a medium pizza at Via Napoli, so I don't think it'll be TOO bad (I'm comparing to my last visit there) and not having dessert.

Just bumping to get an answer on that second question re: tables next to R&C ...

It's really hard to say. Maybe an hour? People plop down there all the time so it's hard to gauge.
