Here's the question...I have friends going to WDW from Nov 10-17. The dh made the resort reservations, did a package with dining included...I'm assuming DDP. It's for their anniversary. So, I was talking to him today, and he asks me how hard it's going to be to eat when they are there. Well, not hard as long as you guys made your ADRs I say. Ah, ADR's?? Is that what those priority things used to be? Yep. So....he says he has been after his wife to call and make the ADR's (or PSs to him!!!) for 3 weeks. I told him that if she hadn't done it by Sunday, I was going to do it for them!!!
So..my question...have any of you tried getting ADRs for that time period?? I'm sure the biggies are booked up. They want some really nice restaurants since there will be no childern this trip. I'm thinking of putting together a list of possibles for them. They have been before and have an idea of where they want to eat and what they want to do. But, for whatever reason, she just hasn't gotten to the ADRs yet!!! So..any thoughts on just how hard it's going to be to eat at the more upscale spots?? Thanks guys.

i would think the biggies would be pretty booked, but to ask anyway, because you never know. also, try for off times, like a late lunch, or an early or late dinner. and try places like Marrakesh, and other "less popular" places. i'm going nov 16-27, and i actually got prime time, chefs de france, kona cafe for that time period, so the week before should be easier you'd think. good luck to them!
