ADRs for 12/23-12/31

I am so excited! We will be at WDW from 12/23-12/31. This will be our 3.5 years old DS's first trip to WDW and second for me and my DH.
We have purchased the dining plan and this will be our first time using it. Here is all my ADRs:

12/23-Arrival at MCO at 7:30pm. Dinner at house of blues at 9:30pm (which is good time for us since we are from the west coast).

12/24-Cape May cafe for breakfast. Dinner at California Grill.

12/25-Dinner at Chef Mickeys (am a bit worried since there are mixed reviews regarding CM's dinner).

12/26-Fantasmic dinner package at Hollywood Brown Derby.

12/27-Will go to Seaworld so no ADRs today.

12/28-Dinner at Crystal Palace.

12/29-Breakfast at CRT 8:30am-can't wait! Dinner at Boma.

12/30-Dinner at restaurant Marrakesh.

12/31-Breakfast at Chef Mickeys before departure.

We will have to pay out of pocket for the character breakfasts since we don't have enough TS credits because of the two signature dinings.

All the lunches will be counterservice.

12/29-Breakfast at CRT 8:30am-can't wait! Dinner at Boma.

12/30-Dinner at restaurant Marrakesh.

Brown Derby is my favorite WDW restaurant, the food is excellant, and the Fantasmic package is a very good deal. CRT is a very nice character meal, excellant setting, (obviously ) but I thought the food could be a little better, (nothing really stood out.) Boma is excellant - especially the soups and desserts. Marrakesh I was a little dissapointed with, I thought the service was really slow, and the only thing I really liked, was the chicken kebabs.
