I wasn't able to get a Grand Gathering number in time for my 180 day mark becaue I am a DVC member and the process is a long one for us. Anyway, I need to make reservations the day after tomorrow. Is it difficult to get reservations for 10 people? If I make my ADR's now, will the Grand Gathering people be able to help me be seating together once I get my GG #? Or will a GG# be useless as far as dining once I have already made the reservations? Thanks!

No, you should be ok. I have a group of 14 going in May, and have made ADR's for as many as 60, don't worry. You'll need to go through Group Dining, their number is 407-939-7707. Happy planning!

You're very welcome! Yes you just call at 180 days and they will be able to help you. Once you get your gathering number you can always call back and give it to them.

I am going with a large family group in Aug. We were unable to get a lot of ressies together. We are DVC also, how do I go about getting a grand gathering if we are DVC and could I call the group # for ressies with out the Grand gathering thanks!

For some restaurants, Group Dining will refer you to the restaurant itself for an ADR. Any time I make an ADR at 'Ohana or Trails End for more than 10-12 people, they make me call the restaurant and talk to teh manager directly.
