Adr's - booked by phone today

Today was 180 days for us. (No one in real life understands my excitement - felt like I was about to sit an exam as I sat at the table with my plans and the phone!)

Had to phone as had booked with Complete Orlando and only had the 12 digit ref number.

Used the freephone number at 12 noon and got through straightaway - 0800 1690 730.

Got adr's I wanted within 30 mins or so of my preferred times.

Couldn't book yak and yeti, san angel, spirit of aloha - cm suspected not in system yet.

Asked about hoop de doo - cm denied all knowledge of a refurb and said try later - she thought it was something to do with them changing the seating times. We shall see!

Also couldn't book BBB for 31st - again she suspected not on system yet.

Booked DD into the pirates league for a mermaid makeover on the 28th October though - will be a suprise for her.

Asked about be our guest in MK and she had no info other than hopefully 'fall' 2012.

thanks for posting - we make our adrs on Monday and fingers crossed that the USA site will let me book as it is showing my hotel reservation. if not the old phone number route for me too (at least there is a UK number nowadays.)

Mine's tomorrow and had planned to do online at 11 am, armed with all of my references and now looks like I have a major meeting at 11 am....aghhhhhh!!! Hoping it gets cancelled, or finished before midday so I can calll!

I couldn't book Fultons Crab House or La Hacienda as they weren't in the syserm yet either.

Hmmm, might consider the Pirates League.....

Have been able to link the adr's I made on the phone to my reservation by logging onto the US disney site tonight.

I asked the cm on the phone how she entered my phone number - she had put 22 not 01 for the first digits as the system can't cope with 01 apparently.

Also meant to say I only needed to give my credit card details once on the phone at the end for all the cc guarantee hold reservations.
