ADRs at Swan/Dolphin restaurants?

Do you need ADRs for the restaurants at the Swan and Dolphin? Do you make them through Disney Dining or by calling the restaurant directly? 180 days out like Disney restaurants or some other date? DH has decided we have to try Shulas on our Dec trip.

We have been able to book Shulas through Disney Dining. I believe that was at 180 days, but it was a while ago, so I can't be certain.

I recently booked bluezoo through Disney Dining. I think it is subject to the same 180 day rule, but why not call Disney Dining and ask them?

I will, when I call for my other ADRs, but 180 days is still a few weeks off for me.
