ADR's at Counter Service Locations?

This may be a silly question, but can you make ADR's at counter service locations? I'm thinking for lunch in the parks since we are going during Spring Break it would be a good idea to have them. I already have our ADR's for dinner that week for table service restaurants.

Unfortunately not...although sometimes when I'm standing in those loooooong lines at Cosmic Rays, I'm wishing we could make ADR's!
