Do you need to be a park guest to make reservations 180 days out?

No, anyone can book an ADR at 180 days from when they want to eat at the restaurant however, those who stay onsite can call at 180 days from check in and book up to 10 days worth of ADRS.

I have never called at 180 days out and have yet to NOT get the ADRs I wanted on the day I wanted them. I think the reason is that lunch is our big TS meal of the day so it's easier getting those ADRs, plus we are very flexible on the time slots. For our trip next month, I called dining in early February and got my first choice of times for every restaurant including Le Cellier and CP.
