ADRs and park hours???

I am trying to plan for an ADR on a Sunday(the 9th) at the MK in October. We have a rather large party of 15 and for some of our party this will be the only night to be at MK (other than MNSSHP). What can I do without knowing park hours...meaning we don't know when Spectro or Wishes will take place? We are not staying onsite so I cannot get help for a Grand Gathering.

Spectromagic will probably run on Saturdays and Mondays or Wednesdays this year if you look at the MNSSHP schedule. Late EMH at MK will probably be on Wednesdays, so Spectro and Wishes will probably be held on Wed. nights also. Wishes is usually at park closing. Thanks! I just booked the earliest possible seating that day. Then we can be out in time for Wishes for sure.
