ADR times - what do YOU usually pick?

I'm just curious to see how everyone picks their ADRs and what times they think are best for dinners.

We seem to usually go with the 6 or 6:30 time slot because it gives us enough time to relax through dinner and possibly see an attraction before the fireworks and night time shows begin.

We typically eat at about 5:30 at home, and since my kids are 3 & 4, we try and keep them as close to a "normal" routine as possible while on vacation, also. Usually we try for between 5 - 5:30 which is pretty early and we normally get the restaurants we want with that time.

We make dinner reservations at 5:30. Next month is the first trip where we will have breakfast reservations so I picked 8 am

We always go for about 6:30. Otherwise there doesn't seem to be enough time for a sufficient afternoon break. I do think that earlier times are better though, every time we go earlier we are seated immediately, but it just doesn't fit our schedule when in Disney.

Hopefully between 7:00 and 8:30. I like plenty of time to recharge back at the hotel/condo to bathe, enjoy the hot tub, do makeup and have a cocktail or two after a day at the parks before heading out for dinner.

We normally eat early dinner at home, so we do the same at WDW. We usually schedule our ADRs for 5:30 or thereabouts.

I have never had any problem getting the time and place we wanted either.

How does ADR time figure in to the character meals? Is the interaction better at 4:30 or 5:00 than it is at 7:00?

Between 7:30p - 8:30p
