ADR time on Sunday

My 90 day window is on Sunday. Are they open for reservations on Sundays, or do I have to wait until Mon.? Also, I live in Texas-what is the time difference? I want to call as soon as I can to hopefully get all the ADRs I'd like. Thanks!

Disney Dining opens at 7AM Eastern time, Sundays included.

And don't forget: this Sunday is the day we set our clocks ahead one hour!
