I would rather spend the money. I am to much of a planner and worrier to give control of my reservation to someone else.
I would never get any sleep wondering if everything got done that needed to be.:lmao:

That's why we love our TA! She keeps us constantly informed, so I don't need to worry about anything, including ADRs :goodvibes

You are lucky. The one time I used a TA I thought I was going to loose my mind.:rotfl2:
My DH teases me that I should be a Disney TA.:laughing:
The poor speed dial on our phone is all disney numbers. I can by-pass the prompts in my sleep and have on more than one occassion had a CM recheck information given to me that I knew was incorrect.;)
It crosses my mind sometimesbut for now I will use my resources and knowledge for family and friends.:thumbsup2

Does anyone have any news about when the on-line reservation system will be available? I am hoping and preying that it's operational by May!!!
Debsx:hug:

Are ADR numbers 8 digits long or 12 digits long? Does anyone know if there's been a change in their system? :confused3

The new system uses 12 digit numbers like the resort reservation numbers. I believe all reservations for May 26th and after should have 12 digits. Some for before may have them, depending when you made them.

^^^ Thanks for answering my question. :worship: ;)

If anybody else decides to try the emailing, let us know if it worked! Curious if it was just pixie dustpixiedust:, or an actual alternate way of making reservations (just not advertised). Then I could email and call at the same time - if on more than 45 minutes or so, I may get my confirmation back first! Although at 7 am, they may be too busy to look at emails.

The poster who reported success with email request for ADRs said it took about 36 hours to get the confirmation of ADRs so wouldn't advise trying phone & email at same time! Would be nice to know if anyone else has had any success with email.

none here; in fact it just got returned as an undeliverable email address. has that happened to anyone else?

Not having a toll free number is not good for foreign guests! I've been on hold for 20 min and I can just imagine my bill this month. I hope this works out.
I'm glad that we have services such as telediscount we can use in the UK. £0.01 per minute to call the USA :thumbsup2

Just a pity that it could not give me extra luck when trying to get a Mama Melrose Fantasmic Dinner adr in July :sad1:
From other UK posters this seems to be the hardest now with the reduced schedule for Fantasmic :confused3

I sent in an email to do some changes and didn't get a reply back. The email didn't come back returned so it must have been ignored.

Does anyone have a new update for the online ADR system? The last update on this thread was almost a month ago - just checking to see if there is any news on it!

We can make our ADRs starting on Memorial Day, and I would MUCH rather go online than call in right at 7AM that morning.

I'm sure once there is some news about it, it will be all over this and several other threads.

I have a feeling what what being called an "online" system wasn't what people were thinking.

The anticipation is killing me! :rotfl:

I really have no idea what to expect - I just hope it will make things a lot easier for guests. I've never had a problem with hold time, but I've read about some long waits.

The number below is incorrect (it is my home/office number). The correct number is 407-828-8739. Thanks!!!

You might want to edit your post to remove your home phone number...

We called today at 7:01 am and was told there was a wait of 14 minutes. 14 minutes later a CM came on and we got all of our ressies within 15 minutes of what we wanted including CRT & Le Cellier. :cool1: :thumbsup2:banana: :cheer2: :dance3: :yay: :woohoo:

I have no idea where that post is to take it out either.:confused3

I remember reading about Disney implementing online dining reservations a few months ago and was wondering if anybody had any new info.

Please check the sticky at the top of this page titled

90 Day ADR Window for all dining-System Upgrade-Online Booking - UPDATE 3/20 1st Post

That sticky is where you always will find the latest updates.

When it comes to online ADRs---like Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster---I will believe it when I see it! ;)
