I have a few questions about ADR's and bookings.

1. How many days can you call in advance if you are on-site?
2. How many days if staying off-site? ( We are doing both)
3. Does the 90/60 day thing count from the date of arrival OR the date you want to actually book for the specific resturant ? ( Example- arrive on the 1st but want a booking for a place on the 3rd - Do I count my days back from the 1st or the 3rd?)
4.What meals require pre-payment ? ( I know CRT but what else?)

Thanks guys! I am sure I could find it on here somewhere but I am just so searched out. And you Dis'ers are faster than any search engine alive! :lmao:

Oh before I forget! Can someone please post the best way to get through the phone lines to book CRT? I know the commands change sometimes so maybe someone who has done it recently and has notes? I heard you have to be as quick as lightening. Thanks

1. 90 days, and you can make reservations for the next 10 days.
2. 90 days, but you must call each day; there is no "plus 10."
3. Date of arrival
4. I believe that the dinner shows (HDDR, Spirit of Aloha) require prepayment. Others may require a credit card "hold" to guard against no-shows.

Backyard Barbecue is also considered a dinner show and requires pre-payment. All your other questions have been answered.

How about if you're staying on-site but didn't book through Disney? We booked a family suite at All-Star Music through Southwest Airlines Vacations. I have a reservation number but it's a SW number, not a Disney number and from what I understand, any changes that I need made go through SW, not Disney.

Do I get the +10 or will I have to call every day?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks guys! Sorry if I sound stupid here but what if I book 3 days at WDW resort then transfer to offsite? Can I still book my 10 day out ressies or only the 3? Or is it back to the offsite rule once my 3 days is up? It would be great if I could just get them all done at one time.
