ADR Replenishment & CRT Questions

My first window opened today (we have a split stay), and I was up at 3am pacific time making some reservations. I couldn’t get the following and would love advice:

1. Topolino’s Friday 11/18 for dinner. I don’t see anything for breakfast either. Could it really be sold out already or should I keep checking for openings? We’re staying at the Riviera, so maybe I don’t worry too much and they’ll have walk-in availability for hotel guests?

2. Rose & Crown Fireworks Package for Saturday 11/19. Do these packages open at a later time? What’s the best strategy?

3. Finally, Cinderella’s Royal Table is a bucket list experience. We’re hoping for Wednesday 11/23. Any advice on getting an ADR when my window opens in a couple days? Do they still do a fireworks package? I’ve read about it in the past, but am not finding anything on the website.

I got CRT for 10/30. It was my first day in the park so 60+1. There was quite a bit of times for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the time good luck.

We are hoping for CRT on Tuesday, 11/22. We can book tomorrow. Our TA was doing a booking for someone else and could check, she said there is nothing for 11/22. Fingers crossed for both of us that we can get something! We told her to try for any day the week we are there and we'll adjust accordingly.

Our TA managed to get a 9:10pm reservation for Thanksgiving Day at CRT for my sister's family of 5. My daughter is ambivalent about going so we told her to just focus on getting one for my niece's family since a smaller party is easier to book for. We are doing the dessert party to pretty time limited but we are just going to get a little later start that day and close down the park. I'll take DD to go ride some rides after the fireworks. I have a Touring Plans reservation finder set but we are happy with things as they stand.

ADR’s are, in my opinion, the worst part of planning Disney and it’s why I’ve given up on them. From it working only on some browsers and not others, on the app only, everywhere but the app, opening at 545 for some and 6 for others, some restaurants having their reservations ready and others not for weeks after 60+, saved credit card problems, inexplicably finding almost nothing at 60+8, seasonal experience menus affecting availability, the list goes on. There is no rhyme or reason, some people who wake up at 6 get everything they want and some who wake up earlier find nothing but problems. Don’t worry, Disney is going to come out with a paid service that will book these for you.
