I know that as I am staying onsite I can book ADRs from 180 days out +10 extra days. But when can I book day 11?

Also is phoning or online easier?

And if I call what time (UK time) should I call?

TIA

I book each day as it comes available within the 190 day window. I love online cause I can play around either the ADRs until I get the right times. Phone makes me feel indecisive and rushed. However if you want to call, the after hours message recommends around 2 pm EST as a good time to call as they are less busy. That would be about 8pm in the UK, I think?

You can book day 11 the day after you book the first 10 (because you have the 180+10 window). Howedver, as the previous poster says, booking online can be a lot easier as you can choose the options to suit you without having to narrow it down to a time.

If you want to call, the time difference is currently 5 hours so you can phone any time after midday.

And if booking online, do I now use MDE? Or am I still booking through the disney website main page, as I appear to be able to do both when my 180+10 arrives. Does booking through MDE mean my ADRs would automatically be linked to my reservation?

I know from other posts there were some glitches with MDE previously, but not sure whether it was via the app or the pc.

I seem to be able to find several webpages ..... still not sure which one is the UK version and which is the US either.

I thought I had all this in the bag...... and then I started organising my ADRs :confused3

To be able to use the +10 I found the website was the easiest way and I had to log in to MDE first and then make the ADRs from there otherwise I could only do 180 days.

My next question is quite difficult to put into words.....does anyone know at what time of the day 180+10 actually happens online?

In other words, does the official day change at midnight UK time or US time? Or even at office opening hours US time?

And at what point can I book ressies? eg. I have to wait till midday to phone, will it be similar online?

Sorry if I have confused matters!! :scratchin

Whatever the date is that you can make your first ADR (i.e. 180 days prior to check-in), you can make them either online from 6am EST (currently 11am UK) or by phone from 7am EST (currently 12 noon UK). So, the time it 'switches over' is either 6am EST online or 7am EST, when the telephone lines open.

You're welcome, good luck getting what you want. Don't forget that the policy has now changed and a credit card guarantee is required for all ADRs, with the reservation having to be cancelled by midnight the night before to avoid being charged as a no-show.

Will I have to enter the credit card number, etc for each reservation? Or do you know if the system will hold the information centrally so I only have to enter it once?

If you make your reservations through MDE and you have already linked a credit card there, you won't have to enter them. If you haven't linked a card, it might be worth doing it. If you make them over the phone, I would imagine they will only take your details once.
