ADR questions

First of all I keep seeing 90 +10, what does this mean? I know I can make my ADR's 90 days out, do certain people get to make theirs 100 days out?

Also when it gets to be 90 days from the first day of my trip can I book my ADR's for my entire trip or do I have to call the next day to make the next day of my trips ADR? Does that make sense?

Both are the same question.

For resort guests only (including DVC members), you an book ADRs for up to the first ten days of your trip starting at 90 days before arrival.

For non-resort guests, they can only make an ADR within 90 days of the actual reservation.
