Tomorrow is day 180! Can I get on the WDW website at midnight and make reservations for my trip or do I have to wait until 7am when phones open? Second Q--internet or phone for reservations?
 
Online: 6 AM Eastern time
Phone: 7 AM Eastern time

We start online since that begins an hour earlier.
