My 180 day ADR day is tomorrow!! I'm traveling with my sister and her family, my parents, and my in laws. Everyone has their own My disney experience account and we are all linked. Can I make the dining reservations for everyone? Or does each individual party (room) have to make their own ADRs?

You can make ADRs for everyone.

You can make ADRs for your entire group, assuming you're all planning on eating together. If you're splitting up, then more than one person will need to make ADRs because the system won't allow you to have more than one ADRS at approximately the same time (e.g., you cannot have a 7:00 pm ADR at Restaurant 1 and a second ADR at 7:30 pm at Restaurant 2).
