ADR question

OK, I'm a little confused. We will arrive on 11/29/2009. I used a 90 day calculator on allears.net and it said that I could make my ADRs on 8/31. When I called Disney the CM told me I couldn't make them until 9/1. So which is it? All of your expertise would be greatly appreciated. Funny, how I trust you all more--but seems like DISers are always right!!!

So let me clarify. You are saying that allears.net quoted you 1 day too early? I just want to be sure!

We arrive on 11/29 also. I put in our date and it showed me 8/31 too. Hmm wonder why the difference.
