If you are staying at a Disney resort, can you make you ADR's 180 days in advance or do you have to wait 90 days like everyone else?

90 for everyone.

Staying on resort, you can make your ADRs on 90 days in advance PLUS 10 days out.

Not sure about that. I would call the dining reservation line and ask about Grand Gatherings.
