ADR Question

DH and I will be meeting other family at DW during our trip. They aren't too much for planning in advance like I am, so I'm wondering if I go ahead and make an ADR for all of us (6 adults and 2 children), is there any kind of penalty if I call and change the number of people later on? What's the latest I can call and change the reservation?

Most places there will be no penalty... but certain places (mostly signature) that require a credit card hold will charge $10 - $20 for changes or cancellations made from 24 hours to 48 hours within reservation time.
Most ADR CM's are very good about telling you this info when booking but be sure to ask if you are not sure. Hope this helps.
