ADR question/food allergies

I called this morning and made the ADRs for our January trip, but I just realized I forgot to tell them that I have a few food allergies. Do I need to call them back and have it noted on the reservations? Or can I just tell the restaurants when I check in?

You don't need to call back if it is a common allergy. If you want to call back so that the restaurant has a heads up that is fine, but it is not necessary. The restaurants can accomodate most allergies when you arrive. They generally have the chef come to your table and talk to you just to make sure you are on the same page and he can tell you what he can do for you. I always like for them to have the heads up so I would call back and just mention it, but most of the time they wil`l just tell you to let them know at the podium when you arrive.
