I have a question and the search function isn't really working right now.

If I make an ADR for my entire party and 1 person decides at the last minute like morning of a breakfast that they don't want to go, will I be penalized? Will my ADR still stand for those who are already there? Do I need to get absolutes now when I am making my ADRs or should I just make them for everyone and hope that they all will get up and moving early in the AM?

No worries, just tell the CM when you check that 1 or 2 (or however many) aren't coming. You won't have to pay for them and you won't lose your table. We even did this at Cinderella's Royal Table. We had an ADR for 6, but on that morning only 4 wanted to go. When the bill came, it was adjusted for the actual number of people that were there.

Well, official policy for restaurants that require a $20 per person guarantee is that if your party size changes to a size that requires a different table, you have to pay for as many as did not show up. For example, if you have a reservation for 3 and you arrived with only 2, you would have to pay $20 as you went from a 4-top to a 2-top. I was told by two Central Reservations Cast Members (both after claiming they had checked with managers), that if you showed up with 6 people but had a reservation for 4 you would be charged $80 and then sat if there was an open table (you moved from a 4-top to a round). Never eaten in one of these restaurants since it happened, so I cannot say they would really implement their policy, but that is what they claim.

For other restaurants, there is no problem.
