ADR Query

Hi all,

Anybody know if you make ADR's over the phone with DW,
can you also view them online and link them to your online hotel reservation with DW

I have tried and cant seem to work it out...

Yes you can, I did. Booked Hoop Dee Doo by phone, its now linked with the rest I did online.
Only problem is I don't remember what it asked me, is it asking for thr res # & phone #? I believe its all down to matching up the phone number, depends how the CM entered it or some use your resort phone number instead of your home phone.
Some manage to retrieve phone ressies online others don't.

I did call a CM , she advised that you should be able to see all your reservations online , however you booked them with DW, But did also say she'd taken a few calls today saying that people could not view some of there ADR's online ??

Try again tomorrow. I have just logged into my account all 16 of mine are there to see.
