ADR on phone vs online??

After I initially made my ADRs online with no problem, I wanted to move a couple of things around, so I called this afternoon. The CM told me that all 4 things I wanted to do (from changing a time to a restaurant) were not possible. I thought that maybe everything really had filled up since I jumped on the 90 plus 10 bandwagon, but I thought I'd try online just in case.

I got all four items that I was looking for, with NO problem.

What do you think happened? What's your opinion of reliability between phone and online ADR's?

I'm now an online kind of gal!!
