ADR on Cast Member maingates?

I've been able to hunt down an answer for our FP+ reservations (the CM has to make them for us) but I haven't been able to track down information on ADRs. I'm going next week for two different days with two different CMs and would like to try to get a couple ADRs (not sure what my options even are this close to the trip) but I'm not sure how to go about it. Does the CM have to make them for me or can I just call the reservation line?

You can book on line. The ability to book ADRs is not tied to actual ticket purchase.

Thank you for the quick reply! We got Coral Reef and Crystal Palace. I'm stalking BOG also, just in case.
