I have a slight problem with one of our ADRs for our forthcoming trip (Sept 4th to 18th on Free Dining at BC)
I did all my ADRs by phone at the appropriate 90 day mark for first 10 days and subsequently individually for the following 4 days as they came up.
However when i have checked them online the system says it can't find the one i made for Yachtmans Steakhouse.
I have telephoned and spoken to a CM, quoting the reservation number i was given, he assures me that the reservation is there against my name for correct date and time.
What do you think ? Would you just accept what the CM says and put it down to some glitch in the online reservation system ?
Bearing in mind that it is probably too late to do anything about it now as i'm unlikely to get another reservation at this late stage.
Maybe the CM who took the original booking took my phone number down incorrectly and consequently the system cant find it when i put in the res number and my phone number ?
