Yup, just call Disney Dining and tell the the name of the restaurant, time wanted, date, and party size.

The number is 407-WDW-DINE, 407-939-3463, so the right number. You will go through a few prompts on the call then be connected to the first available CM to talk to. All you have to do is tell them the date and place you are looking for and which meal, breakfast, lunch or dinner if they serve more then one. It is quite easy and then you just go through the next date and so on until you either have everything you want or your dated are filled. They will ask how many in your party, how many adults and children etc... an d usually give you a variety of times you can pick from. If you don't wait too long.
