ADR newbie here!

My 180 day mark is coming up and I have never made and ADR before. Can someone walk me through the steps please? And do I make them in chronological order according to the days or in order of priority? I've read so much about it but I'm afraid I'm going to do it wrong. Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure there is a wrong way to do ADR's. Most have a different approach.

I would suggest making the reservations in order of priority. Especially if you desire to make an ADR at one of the popular places such as BOG, CRT, Ohana and a few others.

You don't have to do them in order. You can cancel & change your reservations over & over until you are satisfied with what you have. Just go online and find the places you want to go to. Select the number in your party and the desired reservation time. If you chose 6:00 and 6:00 is not available, then it will offer you an alternate time to choose. It may offer you the choice of choosing 6:30 or 6:45 if 6:00 is not available. I usually go ahead and choose one of the alternate times that it offers me. I choose whatever is closest to the time that I really wanted. You can keep checking for the time you wanted, and if it becomes available then you cancel the reservation you made and then book a new reservation for the time closest to want you really wanted to begin with. Hope I haven't confused you. We usually end up canceling & switching reservations at least a couple of times until we finally get to what is closest to what we want. Good luck.

Don't search for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Try and be specific as to the time you want as selecting those vague b/l/d terms sometimes gives you non availability even though there's plenty

You could make one now for anything available now as long as it's not for today/tomorrow (so you don't get into cancellation fee territory). Then just go ahead and cancel it once you're done. That can make things go faster too when you make your real ones as the site can remember the credit card info for your account so you won't need to waste time entering the number then.

Play around with searching for ADRs now if you want to be familiar with it. You can search for an ADR at a specific restaurant at a specific time or you can search for any restaurant available for a certain meal.
