ADR issues this AM

I got everything I wanted accept for Crystal Palace. I wrote on the August thread that I totally forgot to book it and I booked something else by accident. :teeth: Now I'm too lazy to phone back. :hyper: I wish I could just fix it myself. :badpc:

Glad you got everything else. Hope you get CP - it's our favourite and 'must do' breakfast ADR. I actually just got in to change a reservation about 10 minutes ago (yes, I already changed an ADR :rotfl:in order to try the Pirates and Pals Fireworks cruise). I had no problem booking on MDE - go figure. Just keep haunting the dining reservations. Best of luck:thumbsup2
 
I had the same issue last night and this morning so I ended up calling in, the first time I've ever had to do ADRs on the phone since I normally use the website or app. I did get everything I wanted within an hour of the times I wanted so I'm glad about that, I just hope the website starts working cause sometimes our plans change and I don't want to have to call in if that happens!
 
This happened to me yesterday morning, I wasn't able to book anything online from 6am-7am when I gave up and called. I had to make some small tweeks to our plan as some adrs that I saw as available at 6am were gone by the time I spoke to a CM. I was also a little surprised that on day 7 of our trip there was one and only one time available at the Plaza, I didn't think it was that popular. I am going to watch and hope to push it back a little later (more like 6p or 6:30p as opposed to the 5:25p we currently have).

I've booked our adrs online several times with no problems and like the system when it works.
 
I had the same problem this morning trying to make ADR's online at 180 mark.

I ended up calling and thankfully got everything I wanted at the times I wanted!

Come on Disney get your act together I'm sick of this @@@@!
 

has anybody gotten this issue fixed?? I tried to yesterday AM, and got the "sorry for the paws" when i tried to make my reservations--- except for on the first day of my trip (the exact 180 days). i ended up calling and made the major ones i wanted... BUT still have a couple more i want to add. its still giving me the same message today :-/ I called yesterday and talked to i guess an IT person?? he said he would put in an IT ticket to get it fixed... but nothing yet.... i'm just worried about down the line if i want to change something or whatever... UGH!! for as great as disney is, their site stinks sometimes!!!
 
This happened to me the week before last. The CM I talked to said that there is a glitch so that people who stay on site can only book up to 180, then they will have to book anything beyond that over the phone. This was a pain but I got everything I needed. I checked and I could make changes online but only when that time slot was within 180 days. Does that make sense?
 
UGH!!! This makes me dread my upcoming Monday morning booking! Guess I should warn my boss I might be late that day! :sad2:
 
I can book BOG and several others for 180+10 now 180+11 but I can't book tusker house or Ohana....keep getting PAWS message. I called dining and they could not book it either. Today I was able to book a BOG for Oct 3rd but I still could not book Tusker House or Ohana on Oct 2nd and neither could the CM. Called the helpdesk and he could not give me any info but said this is a known issue. I guess I'll have to book those on the actual 180 days out with the rest of the masses.
 
Still happening. I now can see Oct 2nd, 3rd, 4th but can only book select restaurants. It's funny that BOG is one that I have not problem booking but cannot book Fantasmic package for H&V, or Ohana, or Tusker for any of those days. My trip starts on Sep 22. I could book Ohana for the Oct 1st which is the 11th day of the trip. Maybe those restaurants will start opening up closer to their true 180-day marks? I can see times but I get sorry for the paws still. The Fantasmic Dinner package for H&V will let me go all the way to the point of clicking reserve but then it gives a red lettered error that says call Dining hotline. I called and they cannot book them either.......
