ADR help please

I know I'm just stressing and overthinking cause we're down to our last 2 weeks, I've posted my ADRs before and asked for criticisms, the consensus was that they were OK. But I've been reading a lot of negative reviews about Rose & Crown dining room. Plus the only thing on the menu that I'd really consider eating is the fish and chips...... but what if I'm not in the mood for that on that night?!? I'm driving DH crazy so this is where we are going for sure:
Biergarten
Wolfgang Puck
Coral Reef
Le Cellier
Chefs de France
San Angel Inn
1900 Park Fare
Boma
Mama Melrose

The restaurants I was thinking of switching Rose & Crown for are:
Whispering Canyon Cafe
Chef Mickeys
Akershus
Sci Fi drive in

Or are there any other must-do's that I'm missing? This ressie is for the last night we are there. DH isn't picky, (I am) I don't eat beef or pork, so as long as there's a few things on the menu, I'm OK. And DH is super shy, so that's the only thing that makes me hesitant about Chef Mickey's and Whispering Canyon. And no kids. So any suggestions would be oh so greatly appreciated!

Don't stress. Rose and Crown is fine. Every restaurant is going to get negative reviews and unfortunately on a board like this, once one negative review is posted the dam breaks and a ton of negative things get posted.

My husband only orders the fish and chips at Rose and Crown and I've often thought that was too limiting for him. But he tells me it's not a problem because after our first time eating there, he has not had fish and chips anywhere else because they don't taste as good. He won't even get the fish and chips at the take out place even though it's the same stuff.

Half if not most of the dining experience at Disney World is the atmosphere and you can't beat the Rose and Crown, especially with an outdoor table.
