So, we ended up with an unexpected trip to WDW in June for 10 days. :woohoo: But, of course, that left me in the position of trying to get ADRs kind of late.

I really wanted to try Ohana's and Boma this trip, but the CM checked the whole 10 days and couldn't find any ADRs except late at night. She finally convinced me to book 2 tables, and said that they will always *try* to seat a family near each other. She, of course, mentioned that it's not guaranteed.

I'm traveling with DH, DS13, DD11 and DD2. We told the kids they can have one table and we'll take the other. :rotfl:

Has anyone had experience with booking two tables and getting seated somewhat close to each other?

We have had to book 2 tables on both trips in Oct of 05 and Sept of 06, each time we were never separated they always put us together. Each time had a party of 6. Since you have children under 12, they will try to get you together or at least real close together :goodvibes

I had some ADRs with two tables, I just made sure I arrived early and asked them if it was possible to seat us together. They were able to and we weren't seperated either. Good luck!

We were at WDW with friends last week. Both families had ADR's for CRT. Ours was at 8:10 and theirs was at 8:20. Both families arrived together a little after 8:00. We asked if it was possible to be seated near each other and they seated us right next to each other. They really do try, so I would say you have a good chance of being next to each other. Good luck!

We had reservations for 2 tables at Le Cellier a few weeks ago and were seated right next to each other - actually one side was a bench seat so it was like we were at the same table. The only time we had 2 tables apart was when we were a walk-up at 50s a few years ago. Usually, they will try to seat you together, especially if you have an ADR.

We've had reservations for two tables many times over the years as a family of five. We were always seated together. San Angel did once put us at two adjacent banquette tables without pushing them together. We just did their job for them.;)

That's great to hear, I just had to make a reservation for two tables for our large group. I'll be sure to get there early and ask to be seated together.

Thanks, these responses even make me more hopeful that it will all work! :thumbsup2 Of course, it's not the end of the world if it doesn't either--we're still in Disney. In fact, that's pretty much my attitude about everything Disney!

I booked all of our ADR's for our last trip in two seperate ADR's- one for 3 and one for 5. We were seated together all but once in nine different restaurants. Even at LeCellier, where we were further split into 3 and 2, and then another 3. So, I think you have a pretty good chance of sitting together.
