ADR for Teppan Edo

What time should I try to get for a dinner adr at Teppan Edo if we want to be finished in time to grab a spot for Illuminations? We are going in the summer so illuminations will be at 9. I was thinking 7 but maybe I should try to get even earlier to be on the safe side. Any opinions?

Last week, we walked into Teppan Edo at 7:30 and walked out at 9pm and waited a half hour in Japan to watch Illuminations. If you want to get a good spot along the rail closer to the front of the park I would give yourself at least another 1/2 hr. It's a long walk.

I would check and see if they have a 6 or 6:30, but if not 7 should work if you eat fast
