ADR for non disney residents

Hi All,

In the final stages of planning/booking stuff for our 2 weeks in Nov/Dec, one last (hopefully) quick question.

We are staying off site in LBV but would like to make certain reservations, im pretty sure I could just book on the day on arrival at the park like i have in the past but we are trying to cram a lot into the 2 weeks so arent very flexible on days with lots of fixed things like Discovery Cove, Blue man group, Cirque etc.

Le Cellier with Candlelight procession package
Mama Melrose with Fantasmic package
Crystal Palace for the evening were at MK

Is is even possible for non WDW residents to make ADRs and if so do you know if these are possible to do in advance.. and do you have to pay up front?

People who are not staying on-site can make ADR's up to 180 days in advance.

For the Candlelight Processional you can book from midday today (UK time) by phone, the number is 1-407-939-3463. I think you have to leave a credit card number when booking, but you pay on the day.

For the other ADR's you can book on the same number or on-line. I'm not sure if you will get the Fantasmic package now, I think they fill up pretty quick, but it's worth a try. You won't have to pay up front for Crystal Palace, not sure about Fantasmic.

Yes you can book adr's 180 days in advance.

Only perk for disney onsite guests is you can book your whole trip in one go once you get to 180 day.

Online is great but i know you have to call for fantasmic package. Not sure about cp package.

Not sure when exactly you are there but we did first 2 weeks af Dec last year and needed adr's - free dining is running and with online reservations things get booked up quickly.

I'd call on 180 and see if you can get what you want. You pay when you eat. Only a couple of reservations need a cc hold - crt and akershus.

We also needed ADRs for the first two weeks in Dec. Lots of places were fully booked. In fact, when I phoned early in the am to cancel an ADR for dinner at CP that evening, the lady I spoke with told me that 3 families had already phoned to see if there was any availability at CP and she told me that most of the places were fully booked! When you phone to book the Candlelight Procession package and Fantasmic package try and phone at 12 because those packages soon sell out. Good luck!

Good luck with getting through soon. I called at noon to book the Candlelight Processional and got to speak to someone at 12.21. Looking the the Candlelight Processional thread you're not the only one trying to get through.

Finally got through just after one and got Le Cellier at 4.05pm as i wanted yay


Could i get a Fantasmic Dinner package even being flexible on time/date and restaurant tho?? Could i bobbins

That's a shame. If it makes you feel any better we've done Fantasmic Package at Mama Melrose and Hollywood & Vine and they were probably the worst meals I've had at Disney so not bothering this year.

Without a dinner-package just get there nice and early (about an hour) and you should be OK. Can be quite tough sitting on concrete seat for over an hour though (and I'm well padded in that area!!).

Time soon passes, especially if you like people watching, watching arena fill up, Mexican wave etc. Eating our main meal at lunchtime that day so I'm planning to take a few snacks for 'tea' to help keep kids occupied etc.
